#91 Patch to allow loading of more xcoff executables

This patch allows loading of the netbsd ofwboot.xcf as
well as my own boot program. These boot programs work
on my powermac7300 with open firmware 1.0.5, so I
loosened the page alignment constraint in promboot.cc.
I previously submitted a patch against 0.3.1 in the
bug tracker. This patch is against current CVS.
