Here is an updated script. Now if you are installing from
windows 95/98 the TAP option is automatically deselected.

Features:
* Install/Uninstall
* Start Menu Shortcuts
* Associate .ppcrx files with ppc.exe (Bochs-like)
* TAP-Win32 Install/Uninstall (2000/XP/2003 only)
