#47 Add status indicators for HD, Disk, CD, NIC

Add status indicators for HD, Disk, CD, NIC.

Something to show when these items are in use - the
CD's activity led, the LAN activity led, CD activity LED,
and Disk activity LED. These have helped me when
using other emulators to know when the machine is
being really slow vs. having excessive activity slowing it
down. A status bar with icons like MSVPC would be
really nice.
