i've test 0.3pre for vpn function using vpntracker with
mac osx 10.3, sadly, as my imagination, it fail, yes, even
using vmware to run vpn function sometimes still has
problem happen, right now the networking portion just
workable for basic operation, hope pearpc can support
vpn application in recent future!
anyway, pearpc is a good job!

I don't really understand was this has to do with pearpc.
pearpc emulates a network card. The application layer send
over the network is completely beyond pearpc's scope.

actually, the vpn function can work was based on the
network layer, pearpc's simulating network bridging with the
network interface of host and by windows ics then it can
access internet, from the host's aspect, pearpc was using
the openvpn as its network interface on the host machine, if i
start the vpntracker (one of popular vpn client on MAC), i will
see the error message appeared, yes, the main problem may
caused by the windows ics cannot support vpn well!
