I downloaded and extracted the files. There is a file named ppc.exe -but when I click on it, nothing happens. If you want to see the sum total of the extracted files, here's a screenshot: www.johntim.com/pearpc
If this app works it will be a Godsend, but not if I have to spend 10 hours getting it to work…know what I mean?

You need to create a shortcut to the PearPC file, which also lists your config file. The ppccfg file may work, but you should edit it to include your hdd image, and name it "ppc.cfg".
