[PEARBB-Devel] CVS Update

It's just started and is nowhere near even beginning to be done (I'm 
still working on the install script ^_^), but you should be able to 
check it out of CVS like so:

$ mkdir pearbb && cd pearbb
$ cvs -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/pearbb login
<enter no password>
$ cvs -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/pearbb checkout 
pearbb
