#1 a way to specify feed-specific options when running --addnew

I would like to be able to specify at least the maxfetch option on the command line when I use the --addnew=URL command. savedir and savestyle may possibly work, but I haven't tested it. But maxfetch can be important and would be nice to be able to specify on the command line along with addnew for those podcasts that release more than one show per day.
