#1 Articles are not linked upon first submit

When I create a new article the category is not tagged to the article. I have to manually edit the article and attach the category to it and hit modify. Only then will the articles be attached to categories.

Sorry, I cannot confirm this misbehavior.
When I do, what you've written, I have the cat assinged directly.
Do you use the latest version?
