If you have a text file with a peak list you can drag it straight onto the app.
There are 4 example text files in the \Example Data\ folder alongside the app install folder (most probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Peak List 2 MSP)
Try it.

Making your own text files (for dragging and dropping)

This might not be qute what you need, but it is a way to generate prdictable format files for a large set of files.
