while using rfits($filename) on a fits file with
blank header lines, rfits complains

Use of uninitialized value in string eq at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i686-linux/PDL/IO/Misc.pm
line 228

if running perl with warnings. This is fixed by
deleting the blank lines.

Arguably, this isn't undue -- blank lines before "END" aren't
permitted (they violate the "all cards must have a name" rule
in the FITS standard); but I've removed the warnings. They
were caused by a "$name eq 'END'" test for exiting the
legacy header-parsing loop. Now the test checks also for
definedness of $name. (Fixed in CVS)
