Hi,
Wanted you to know that you have written to the PDFWriter user forum, not the developer. To rename documents printed by PDFWriter and file them in a selected folder, I use Hazel available at www.noodlesoft.com ($21.95). Hazel allows you to automate filing including writing a rule to rename documents and file them in a selected folder. Select: "Rename file with Pattern:_______" Then select the "Title" button and the "extension" button and Hazel will rename the document printed by PDFWriter with the document's file name and extension. If you can also use GROWL to send a notification informing you when the document has been filed. I also use Hazel to transfer documents created on my laptop and file them on my home computer. Using Dropbox or Google cloud print, I can create a document on my laptop, and it is automatically transferred to my home computer, printed with PDFWriter and filed in the correct folder. Have fun setting up your own system, Richard
