#24 How to use the nextpage.dcr.patch?

Hi,

I am using the Win32 version of PDFTOHTML.
I wanted to use the Next Link facility using
the "nextpage.dcr.patch".
Can someone tell how to use this patch with the
PDFTOHML win32 version.
