#17 unmatched tags due to capitalization

Hi!

pdftohtml does not seem to produce correct xml for my
sample pdf files, as it produces output xml as follows:

<text top="353" left="587" width="6" height="13"
font="1"><A href="mailto:bender@uni.de"></a></text>

My various XML-Tools display error messages because of
the non-matching <A> </a> tags.

Please advice me whether I am overlooking some simple
explanation or fix.

It is a bug. It requires some find and replace in some cc
files in the src directory.
