#29 pdfsandwich: permissions are to restrictive, not respecting umask

I ran pdfsandwich, as one does, and it produce a perfectly lovely PDF,
but with overly retrictive permissions:

nr@homedog ~/a/p/guy-steele> ls -l ultigoto*pdf
-rw-rw-r-- 1 nr nr 2007679 Nov 27 2019 ultimate-goto.pdf
-rw------- 1 nr nr 1937185 Aug 4 09:17 ultimate-goto_ocr.pdf
nr@homedog ~/a/p/guy-steele> umask
0002

I expected generated file ultimate-goto_ocr.pdf to have permission -rw-rw-r--.
