Like the pdfsam-starter.exe for MS Windows,
it would be nice to have a pdfsam-starter.sh for linux containing the following two lines:

#!/bin/bash
java -jar pdfsam-1.1.1.jar

    There's already a Linux script called run.sh in the "bin" subdirectory.
