Variable [BOOKMARK_NAME] has no effect during split doc with bookmarks.
I attach an example.

Pdfsam-2.2.2, windows 7 32bit, java 7 u09

Able to reproduce bug with PDF Split and Merge basic Version 2.2.4.
Running Windows 7 32 bit, and Java 7 update 60.
Use following steps to reproduce issue:
1.Click on Split upon opening program
2.Click Add in the top right (ensure the pdf you add has bookmarks in it)
3.In Split options, check Burst
4.Choose your destination folder
5.In Output options type "pdfsam_[BOOKMARK_NAME]" into the file names prefix box
6.Click Run

You will notice in your destination folder that single page pdfs are not named with bookmarks. Found identical results when "Output document pdf version" is 1.5, 1.6, or 1.7.

I included a screenshot to demonstrate issue.
