#6 Bookmark

I noticed the problem with bookmarks in PDF. Some characters in bookmarks are displayed incorrectly.
I use I use czech layout

ĚŠČŘŽÝÁÍÉ (needed)
E-CR"ÝÁÍÉ (shown)

ěščřžýáíé (needed)
eıcržýáíé (shown)

The program lacks option - keep/expand/collapse bookmarks
When you merge or split document, the bookmarks are always expanded.

The program lacks the bookmark option - go to a page in another PDF
When you merge or split document, the bookmarks with options (go to a page in another PDF) are deleted
