PDFcat 1.0.6 MacOS X version

An experimental version of PDFcat for MacOS X has been released. This one was not thoroughly tested due to lack of Mac OS X though there were reports it works.

Now linux version of PDFcat has been published. It is also released in English and Russian.

PDFcat 1.0.6 for Windows

Today new version of PDFcat has been released. Binaries for Windows are available for download. Linux version will be released soon. Major achievements:
- Keywords: metadata and search
- Global search view: searching accross all catalogs by keywords, subject and authors

PDFcat 1.0.3 released

PDFCat release 1.0.3

This release is focused on catalog tree to make this more convenient.
The most noticable change is possibility to manage view layout. User can
switch between flat and hierarchical view mode at time.
Another convenient improvement made for PDF population wizard:
Since now it becomes possible to make preview with external PDF viewer.

PDFcat 1.0.2 has been released

This release is the first oriented towards end-user. This time package contains Windows executable and all components that are necessary to run application. The only requiremenets to have JRE installed version 1.4.2 or higher. New feature of this release that all librarires application depends on are transformed into plugins. There are: PDFBox (used to read pdf docs), HSQLDB (used to store catalogs data), log4j (used to log application activity). All of them are modules in CVS what makes easier project mantenance and collaboration.

PDFcat version 1.0.1 in CVS

A new minor release is available via CVS. The changes: all liberaries transformed into Eclipse plugins (see for cvs repository modules. Logo has been replaced with new really good appealing one ;) Product specification has been added . To see the changes please check out four projects: pdfcat, pdfbox, hsqldb, log4 as Eclipse projects and run pdfcat.Product or export product into zip archive.
