My booklet (intended for print distribution) has one URL in it, in plain text in the original PDF. IT seems that PDFBooklet detected the URL, converted it to a clickable link, but in the process wiped out some of the text of the link, and included some of the text on the next line as part of the link, and wiped out part of that line too. I didn't quickly find a way to turn off that behaviour. Because in included part of the next line, the link didn't even work when clicked, and of course, the presentation of the link text is important for the printed version.

The problem comes surely from the library we are using. There is no intention to convert anything, but parsing a Pdf to merge two page is no fun. Fortunately, Tomas Resquin restarted the maintenance of PdfBooklet and I hope he will be able to upgrade this library whhich may solve the problem you mention.

Did you try in slow mode ? You have the option in the options tab. This mode is more secure.
Maybe you can post your file here, if it is not confidential, and we will be able to test.
