I created a 2-pages document with LibreOffice, exported to PDF and used PdfBooklet to create a 1-page PDF with the two original pages side-by-side.

One page contains an image with transparent background. It is shown well in LibreOffice and in the exported PDF file. The PDF generated from PdfBooklet isn't shown well: the background of the image isn't transparent/white, but it is a light gray.

Do you know why?

No, I don't know because it comes from the underlying PyPdf library. It would have been interesting to have the pdf file to see if PdfBooklet 3 which uses now PyPDF2 fixes the problem.

Please test in PdfBooklet 3, and tell us what happens.
