#16 Page number formatting

Hi,

there seem to be problems with page numbers. Sometimes two-digit page numbers are printed one digit in another, and on some pages they are italic style. See attached screenshot.

You are and I knew the problem. This feature is experimental and does not work well. On some files it works, it depends on the way fonts are handled in the file. Presently fixing this is beyond my knowledge and time. Probably the only easy way would be to design numbers by drawing functions. I may do that one day because I need this function.
