#1 Low Resolution on blended PDFs

I have noticed that with certain image types embedded
in PDF files, after blending the PDF with other files,
the resolution on the images is dropped really low to
the point that it not only prints badly, but looks bad
on the screen, too.

I would have expected PDF Blender to maintain the
resolution of images as found in the originating PDF
files.

In addition to fixing it to maintain the original
resolution, how about adding an option to manually
change the output resolution to enable some control
over the blended file size?
