#2 Support for unicode glyphs above the BMP?

Has anyone added support for unicode glyphs about the BMP? Or can you suggest how it might be done?

It seems that proc ExtractInfo needs to be modified to support cmaps with platformID 0 format 12. Is this in the right general direction?

I meant "above the BMP".
