#1 Add support for generating a BMP format for output file

Hi ,

We are evaluating your product, but we are using a
printer that only prints bmp format with color support
for black and white. Is it possible to generate an bmp
image output with color support for only black and white?

We are interested in this implementation that we could
finance the cost of this implementation. Could you get
contact with me for more details?
