pdf2oo / News: Recent posts

Pdf2oo has been released. It is a bash script (with GUI using kommander and kdialog) that creates an ooimpress presentation out of a pdf file, by generating an high-resolution image for each page of the original document.

One can then overlay text and graphics over the images, and then export the final result in pdf.

I wrote this program because it's handy for reviews of scientific papers, but it can be useful in many situations.... read more
