I'm having trouble running pdf2oo under cygwin. I have installed all the required packages but when I try running pdf2oo I get the following message: "bash: pdf2oo: command not found". pdf2oo is located in my home directory.

You went very far, I hope you will succeed, and will try to help a bit. First of all, cd in your home and run ./pdf2oo /path/to/pdf (copy the pdf in your home, it will be faster).
