#4 Install failure on Vista

On installation with Vista, I receive a dialog box with these messages:
Error C:\program files\GhostScript\Install\Install.exe
STOP WIL Extender error: 328: Directory path may be invalid
On line 851 of C:\!svn-p...mon\pdf2mail\INSTALL.WBT in routine "download"

Before the error, there are dialogs, one confirming the install, then a dialog asking if I want to install the Windows Standard Postscript printer driver,
then apparently when it goes to ctan.tug.org the error dialog shows.

This seems to be present on Vista SP1 x32 and x64. I've tried on both with exactly the same result.

In case it helps, I have CutePDF installed on the 64-bit system but not on the 32-bit.
