The FTP folder ctan.tug.org/tex-archive/support/ghostscript/AFPL/gs850 does not exist. If you change the first FTP mirror URL to ctan.tug.org/tex-archive/support/ghostscript/AFPL/gs854 it appears to install fine, but the installer set should be updated.
