#8 Change hotkeys of task's priority

PDesk, the Windows version of Progect, is a very useful
application to construct structured texts. Thanks the great
developers!

Current PDesk uses number key 1 ~ 5 & 0 as default
hotkeys to change task's priority. But it seems a little
inconvenient when we want to create new brother tasks.

I suggest that using "Ctrl + number keys" as hotkeys to
change task's priority. And reserve original number keys to
create new brogher tasks, just like a ~ z.
