Files created on desktop will not sync to Palm device

However, files created on the Palm and then sync'd to
the desktop do get transfered and they can be updated
and sync'd up just fine.

You need to add them via the GUI so that it will sync them
to your Palm device.

Hello.

I had this same issue. I finally Figured it out. Create and
save the Project. Select "Open". A dialog box pops up with a
list of projects. However, eventhough it's set to view all,
it doesn't. Select #PC Only Projects#. Then the PC generated
ones show up! Select Install... I get an error message
complaining that the file is not a Progect database... Then
Hotsync, and it should work
