#29 doubles tasks on hotsync

I created a new database on Pdesk, a simple todo list.
Each item was an "Action". I hotsynced with my palm.
Then, on the palm, I changed each item by checking the
"link with todo" box. I then hotsynced again. This
created two of each item on both the Palm and desktop.
I manually deleted the extra items on the Palm,
hotsynced again, and all was well.
