[pdclib-announce] Heartbeat: pdclib

Hi there,

I had done quite some work, mainly on string.h, over the holidays -
but Mr. Murphy was very unkind to me, and somewhere between my desktop
and my PDA a holiday's work disappeared in digital nirvana. :-(

However, I'm still here, again picking up string.h. I thought I'd send
out a "heartbeat" mail to show this project ain't dead.
