[Pdb2pqr-announce] Cloud-based APBS and PDB2PQR

Hi APBS & PDB2PQR users -

We would appreciate your help testing a new cloud-based version of APBS and PDB2PQR at http://apbs-rest-test.westus2.cloudapp.azure.com.

This version is intended to eventually replace the web-based APBS/PDB2PQR instance currently hosted by NBCR.  The process of moving APBS/PDB2PQR to a cloud-based architecture has triggered a redesign of the interface.  We would appreciate your feedback on both the functionality of the new cloud-based service as well as the new web interface.
