Dear APBS and PDB2PQR users --

We would like to invite you to participate in a survey to evaluate the  
PDB2PQR and APBS software packages.  Your participation will help  
prioritize our development efforts and will improve the functionality  
and performance of this software.

The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete.  As an added
