#57 having a way to pull gem window size

since it's possible to change windows size when draging a corner with the mouse, the W/H ratio may change in this otperation. it would be of great interest to be able to pull for the curent size, or to be noticed at every change of the windows size.

that's already possible (though by default this is push, rather than pull), see the [gemwin] abstraction how to retrieve this info (and others), and [gemmouse] how it is used (in this case to scale the mouse-coordinates).
