#109 svn compile failure (gcc 4.5.0) - \'multiple definition\'

the compile of svn gem stops at pix_film/record/video with a \'multiple definition\' error in relation to `gem::PluginFactory<gem::film>::s_factory\'.

this error has been repeated by two other people using archlinux:
