Local drive mapping, test version 3.10t

Hello, everyone. There is now support for local drives, in a testing version, 3.10t. Your help in testing, will be very much appreciated!!! Here's how it works:

1. Instead of pctsc.setup.sh, use pctsc310t.setup.sh.

2. When you run pctsc310t.setup.sh, add the option '--localdrives' (no quotes). That will engage the new code.

3. The system scans for drives just before each RDP session starts. It does not do this any other time. This means that USB drives and such cannot be changed during RDP sessions. I have a thought as to how to do better than this, but it will take some thinking, it's done this way to help prevent end users from getting access to the local hard drive.
