I trying to run final fantasy 9 (PAL ver.) with PCSX-df, and it have some bugs:
when I force to run it in NTSC video goes well but some 3D scene,
mainly combat have his gui (2D) blinking. In other hand, when I force
to run it in PAL I get some artifact in video playing but 3D/"D seems
work like a charm. Finaly when I use PAL, PCSX-df crash when the games
try to mix video/3D when NTSC seems to goes well.
I read a little bit the source code and it seems that PAL/NTSC option
just change some frequency of interruption but I don't catch the
effect of this frequency on deciding video or on blinking scene.
