Hi, I would like to plot the networks created with pcsim (with Gnuplot.py). I know how to access the neurons (in fact the sub-populations created with SpatialSimObjectPopulation) but I don't know how to access the synapses in the network. Furthermore how can I find the source and the destination of a synapse? Thanks in advance, Mathieu |

Hi Christopher, Hi everyone, I have downloaded the source package and built it (I have a x86_64 machine). The compilation went fine and all tests were successful. Thanks everyone for the support. Mathieu. P.S.: I plan to install pcsim on a fedora cluster. Are there special issues? I posted the fix I used for that elementtree package on the forums at http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=2013563&forum_id=537507 . In Hardy I had to build gccxml from the CVS snapshot myself (as documented); the Ubuntu package for gccxml-cvs that worked in Gutsy doesn't appear to work in Hardy. Cheers, Chris. |

I have 7.10 Gutsy on my laptop and had no issues with installation. There shouldn't be any problems with gccxml. Did you use the latest cvs version? Can you explain the problem that you have? cheers, Dejan > >Thanks in advance, >Mathieu |

Hi everyone, I'm trying to compile PCSIM on Ubuntu 8.10 Hardy Heron. The default version of python is 2.5.2. Is it possible to use PCSIM with this version? In fact I ran into problems with the ElementTree package but I found a fix. I later ran into problems with gccxml. So before digging more, I would like to know if there are known issues. Thanks in advance, Mathieu |
