Hi Robert, The net.reset() initializes the weights of plastic synapses according to their initial weight value set at their creation. Notice the two weight parameters inside the plastic synapses Winit, and W. W is the weight that is evolving over time due to plasticity. Winit represents the initial value of the weight.
