#18 definition missing for PCRE_DATA_SCOPE in pcreposix.h

For version 6.5, ChangeLog, number 16:
(a) pcreposix.h still had just "extern" instead
of either of these macros;
I have replaced it with PCRE_DATA_SCOPE.

Just mentioning that you forgot to define
PCRE_DATA_SCOPE.
