#16 rpm spec file

Howdy; just thought I'd contribute a .spec file that
works with pcre-6.3 under Redhat9. I expect it will
work on Fedora as well.

You'll want to tweak it just a bit (subsititute your
name for mine, etc.) and possibly move it to
pcre.spec.in and teach automake to add the version &
release info.

Also, I have .rpm files I built with it under RH9 if
you'd like to place them in your file release area.
