#380 Asix card bound to pcnet_cs

Near line 1070, the Asix AX88190 Fast Ethernet card, with
version "PCMCIA", "FastEthernet", "V", "1.0"
is bound to "pcnet_cs".
This works for some models (Cadmus LNA-100C2, for
example), but not for all.
When bound to "axnet_cs", seems to work better on
different models (Cadmus LNA-100C and LNA-100C2 for me).
