#432 Support for extended attributes

Being able to read and write extended attributes would greatly increase PCManFM's utility.
The idea behind this features request was being able to mark files or directories as favourites, in order to spare them from an automatic cleanup.
But if the attribute's value could be passed through any program for interpretation it would enable other things, like ordering files by artist from ID3 tags.
