#213 Use of ~/Templates

I'd like to request a feature to use the ~/templates folder, similar as in Gnome, KDE, Windows.
So one can put, as example, a script header file there, and only needs to add the code, rather than to rewrite the complete header.

Add new -> Folder | Blank file | read ~/templates {}

    It should use not fixed hardcoded ~/Templates but directory from XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR.

    Two years ago, i've made patch, that is almost complete realization of this feature.
    I'll try to post patch somewhere.

    finixk19: I've written you then but you never answered me.
    The templates support is implemented in current GIT. Both GNOME and KDE approaches are supported. Two settings are present in libfm.conf to tune aspects of templates submenu.
    Please, test it and write feedback into mailing list.
    Thank you very much.
