#150 When dropping file, display menu like in KDE 3.5

I want to suggest implementing a very useful feature from KDE 3.5: When dragging a file from one folder to another and then dropping it, upon releasing the mouse button a menu is displayed with the entries \"Move here\", \"Copy here\", \"Link here\" and \"Cancel\". (A screenshot is attached). In my opinion, this greatly simplifies file management.

    This issue should be handled in 1.2.0-beta0 version of libfm, setting "drop_default_action" configuration option to "ask". Test it, please, when it's possible for you. Note that you should recompile pcmanfm as well to use new version of libfm.
