This problem can also happen when user don't use the 2 panels function, just open 2 pcmanFM ,each open different folder ,both use the 'open in terminal', the 2nd 'open in terminal ' will open in the 1st location.

I would suggest you to try another terminal emulator because I cannot reproduce your issue with PCManFM 1.2.3, it always opens exact folder where I use either 'Tools'->'Open current folder in terminal' in main menu, or 'Open in Terminal' from right-click menu. Thank you.

    Hi Lonely Stranger,

I tried and find if I change the terminal emulator setting from "x-terminal-emulator %s" to "gnome-terminal %s",it will work well , so I'm afraid the PCManFM should have some compatibility issue with x-terminal-emulator,namely konsole, can you try x-terminal-emulator ?

Well, x-terminal-emulator is not a real emulator, it is simply alias for some terminal hidden behind it so that emulator should be blamed instead. I have no issues either with roxterm, trinity (KDE3) konsole, lxterminal, uxterm. Apparently, KDE4 konsole has issues with starting from custom directory, it seems it starts always in the same directory stated in config. That should be reported to the KDE team, not to LXDE team, I'm sorry.
