#937 Hidden folders reported as having extension in Extension column

Hidden folder are reported as items with extension equal to the name. For example, the hidden folder ".purple" is reported as an item with extension ".purple". That is a mistake. It must be blank in Extension column as the non-hidden folders. See attatched picture. Compare .purple folder and Download folder for example.
