#936 fm_mime_type_ref() segfault

Hi, it seems you guys haven't been checking at least Launchpad for a long time regarding pcmanfm / libfm...

This crash was reported multiple times, but it's still a mystery how to reproduce it...(even to me)

PERHAPS this is another glib >=2.4x regression?
