#682 No busy cursor to indicate if a search job finished.

In the latest code in git, the file searching utility failed to show a "busy cursor" when it's working.
So there is no way to know whether the search is finished or not.
When the search result is empty, I don't know if no files are found or it's just not finished yet.
This is a serious usability bug and render the searching utility unusable.
